What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a high‑performing team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Maximize sales and profits through effective leadership of people, inventory, expense control, and fixed assets
- Partner with support teams to implement and execute strategies within the store
- Ensure overall operational excellence of the store
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and sustain a highly successful and cohesive sales team
- Passion for coaching and natural leadership ability
- Strong understanding of financial results and ability to translate into effective sales strategies
- Commitment to delivering a great customer experience in a tech‑friendly environment
- Excellent communication skills in English; second language (French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, or other) is a plus
- Adequate knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec
Additional Information
Position Type: Retail Stores – Regular Full Time
Location: Quebec, Sherbrooke, Canada
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 (subject to final offer)
Variable Compensation: Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) based on typical bonus percentages for similar roles.
