Canonical Engineering Manager Role

- Direct and lead a distributed engineering team globally
- Promote talent development through effective mentoring
- Align expectations with engineering teams and management
- Support modern software practices and methodologies
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Computer Science preferred
- Proven experience in software delivery using Python or Go
- Strong Linux systems knowledge required
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and Kubernetes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
