Devenez l'expert dont nos clients ont besoin pour concrétiser leurs projets! Grâce à votre expertise et à votre passion, vous transformerez chaque interaction en une expérience mémorable, tout en développant vos compétences dans un environnement dynamique.
Votre rôle :- Accueillir la clientèle chaleureusement et offrir un bon service à la clientèle
- Évaluer les besoins de la clientèle et fournir des conseils éclairés et spécialisés sur les produits
- Présenter et démontrer la marchandise en insistant sur ses caractéristiques positives, et suggérer des produits complémentaires
- Appuyer le marchandisage de son secteur (étalage, présentation, étiquetage et affichage de la marchandise)
- Se tenir informer des nouveaux produits et de leurs applications techniques
- Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes
- S'informer des promotions et des circulaires
- Travailler conformément aux politiques et procédures du magasin en matière de santé et sécurité et de prévention des pertes
- Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du magasin
- Expérience dans un poste similaire
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Un esprit analytique
