Dental Office Manager and Receptionist

Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in medical terminology and dental office procedures to provide exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced dental practice.
Duties:- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure data accuracy- Process insurance claims and verify coverage details- Assist in billing and payment processing- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow- Keep the reception area organized and tidy
-Handle A/R and office management duties
Skills:- Proficiency in dental terminology- Experience working in a dental office setting is preferred- Knowledge of Cleardent software is a plus- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
