As a Senior Analyst & Finance Business Partner, you’ll report to the Senior Manager and support various corporate functional areas. Your role will include conducting variance analysis and presenting financial insights to senior leaders, engaging in budget processes and seeking opportunities for optimizing analytics and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with corporate business units for budget processes
- Conduct variance analysis against forecasts and budgets
- Present actionable financial information to senior leaders
- Support the overall corporate budget and forecast activities
- Recommend efficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CMA/CFA preferred
- Six years of relevant experience; five in financial analysis
- Solid Excel and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems in high‑pressure environments
