In this role, you will collaborate with leaders as a strategic HR advisor, engaging employees and managing full-cycle recruitment to attract aviation talent. Your expertise in HR analytics, employment legislation, and labor relations will be critical to managing performance and ensuring a compliant work environment. You will also lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned units
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
  • Help managers with training and disciplinary actions
  • Provide insights on policies and employee relations
  • Analyze HR metrics to support management decisions
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
  • 6–7 years of HR generalist experience
  • Must have a Class 5 Driver’s License
  • In-depth knowledge of HR legislation and practices
  • Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools
