Remote Customer Call Notes Specialist

$24.5 - $26 per hour

Hrstalentsolutions is seeking a Customer Call Notes Clerk for a remote office administration role focused on handling customer service notes and transcripts. The position offers either full-time or part-time work and an hourly compensation of 24.50–26.00 CAD.

You will review approved transcripts, enter confirmed actions, open questions, and follow-up owners in the online case system. Training will be provided, and prior call-centre experience is helpful but not required.
