Your Role

As a Benefits Representative, you'll work directly with clients to provide information, answer questions, and help them better understand their available benefit options.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with clients and providing professional, responsive support
• Explaining available products, services, and coverage in clear terms
• Answering questions regarding existing and potential benefits
• Reviewing client needs and helping identify suitable options
• Staying informed about changes to available products and programs
• Maintaining accurate and organized client information
• Building positive, long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and service
