Remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Support Ford Credit Canada as a bilingual Customer Service Representative focused on account maintenance from your home. Utilize your problem-solving skills to assist customers in overcoming financial challenges. In this full-time remote role, you will work closely with a large team and a diverse network of Ford/Lincoln dealers. This position demands strong communication and analytical skills as you resolve account issues and negotiate payment arrangements. Ideal candidates possess experience in credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage early-stage delinquency portfolio effectively
- Evaluate credit applications and negotiate terms with dealers
- Communicate directly with customers to understand issues
- Provide professional expertise and support to customers
- Maintain flexibility within operational hours, including weekends
- Bilingual in English and French or Spanish
- Experience in credit and financial analysis preferred
- Ability to work various flexible hours
- Reside in or near Edmonton, AB
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
