Paid Media Strategist Google Ads Meta

Own paid media strategy remotely with Google Ads, Meta, and client-facing decision-making across Canada, South Africa, or the USA. Blacksmith Agency needs a strategist who can guide performance clearly.
As Paid Media Strategist, you will own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and performance narratives. The work focuses exclusively on paid media, while SEO has a separate strategist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
- Allocate budgets, manage bids, and direct targeting decisions
- Test creative and determine when campaigns should end
- Maintain conversion tracking and attribution through GA4 and pixels
- Present roadmaps, performance narratives, retention, and upsell plans
Requirements:
- Three or more years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Campaign building, management, and optimization experience
- Proven movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
