As a PPC Manager, Veterinary, you lead paid media for veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, and this is a dedicated paid media seat. You will shape targeting, roadmaps, attribution, and account growth while serving as the strategic client voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
• Allocate budgets, manage bids, target audiences, and test creative
• Own conversion tracking and attribution using GA4 and pixels
• Build quarterly and 90-day client roadmaps
• Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account relationships

Requirements:

• Three or more hands-on years with Google Ads and Meta
• Documented movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently
• Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
• Veterinary or multi-location paid media experience strongly preferred
