Job Description
- Generate comprehensive large scale complex estimates for ICI construction projects.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members to gather necessary information.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
- Evaluate material and labor costs, considering current market trends.
- Oversee and manage the estimation team.
- Develop strategies to meet company objectives and maximize profitability.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Other duties and responsibilities, as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Chief Estimator' should have:
- 10-15+ experience in a senior level Estimating role
- Proficiency in construction estimating software.
- A thorough understanding of ICI construction processes.
- Solid knowledge of the property industry and market trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
