CAA Club Group AI Director Role

Lead AI initiatives at CAA Club Group as the Director of AI, ensuring responsible practices and alignment with enterprise goals. This key role requires strong oversight and strategic planning skills.
You will collaborate with the Chief Information and AI Officer to continuously evolve the enterprise AI strategy. This includes managing the intake process and prioritizing AI use cases that provide measurable business value. Your leadership will guide the initial team of specialists and embed responsible AI practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee enterprise AI strategy execution
• Manage AI use-case prioritization and intake
• Establish governance for AI risk management
• Conduct reviews for AI effectiveness
• Lead the initial team of ML/AI Specialists
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years experience in AI or technology leadership
• Success in AI delivery within regulated sectors
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies
• Strong stakeholder influence and leadership experience
