Employer Experience Analyst at OMERS

Elevate your career as an Employer Experience Analyst with OMERS. This role focuses on creating relationships and providing exceptional guidance to employer administrators, ultimately enhancing their administrative success. As a critical member of the Employer Services team, you’ll report to the Manager, Employer Experience. Utilize your analytical skills and service acumen to assist employers in navigating their OMERS administration duties. By fostering strong connections, you contribute significantly to ensuring that correct and prompt information is provided, aiding OMERS members in making informed pension decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for employer inquiries
- Resolve issues with excellent judgment and diplomacy
- Build and nurture relationships with employers
- Provide timely insights into pension industry trends
- Recommend improvements for processes and materials
- Minimum 5 years in pensions or customer service
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle pressure
- Aptitude for technology and continuous learning
- University degree or college diploma preferred
