Deine Aufgaben
schriftlicher und telefonischer Kundenservice
proaktive Beratungsgespräche zu Produkten, Tarifen und Preisen
Abschluss von Verträgen im Rahmen von Tarifumstellungen, Vertragsoptimierungen und der Vermarktung neuer Produkte
Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
Nachbereitung der Kundengespräche
Dein Profil
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office)
ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Servicementalität
selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
