What are we looking for?

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our growing Talent Team. This role is a fantastic launching pad into HR and People Operations — you’ll get hands-on exposure across culture, events, office operations, and everyday employee support, all in one seat. As our People Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the person who makes sure our team has what they need to do great work, from a fun and connected culture to a smoothly running office (four-legged coworkers included).

To be successful in this role, you bring:

• An interest in HR, People Operations, or a related field; you may be early in your career, but you come ready to learn, ask questions, and grow into it


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; we are a fast-paced environment in a high-volume industry, and you bring the hustle and determination to get things done!


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will interact with a lot of internal and external stakeholders, so come ready to converse


• A comfort with (or genuine excitement to learn) everyday tech and office tools — think phone systems, workstation set up, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as managing external vendors for tech and phone support


• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a real passion for culture, people, and making every day a little better for your teammates


• Our business is very fast moving, and our team is responsive and readily adapts to new challenges. You are adaptable but a sharp study who can thrive in a culture of change but applies their learnings and experience as we grow


• A love of dogs is strongly recommended — we’re a dog-friendly office, and our four-legged team members are very much part of the culture

What you will be doing day to day:

• HR Administrative Support:  Contribute to day-to-day HR administrative functions, helping keep our people processes running smoothly and accurately.


• People Support: Ensure our people have what they need day to day — from tech operations and phone systems to physical workstation set up — so every team member is set up to do their best work.


• Culture: Help drive culture as a strategic initiative, not an afterthought — partnering across the business to build a workplace people genuinely want to be part of.


• Events & Social Functions: Plan and help execute internal and external events and social functions, from team lunches and milestone celebrations to community and client-facing events.


• Office Operations: Keep the day-to-day machine running — supplies, vendors, and the everyday details that make our Burlington HQ a great place to work.


• Dog Wrangler: Yes, it’s really in the job description! As a dog-friendly office, you’ll help make sure our four-legged team members (and their humans) have a great day-to-day experience too.

This is an onsite role based out of our DCHQ in Burlington — we have a strong in-person culture, and our office environment helps team members grow and thrive in a fast-moving industry. We offer the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
