Machine Operator / Assembler

Burlington, ON

Our Burlington client is looking for full time personnel in their Manufacturing Department.

Location:

· Own Transportation Required | Site Is Bus Accessible – Shift Dependent

Compensation:

·         Days - $19.40/hr.

·         Afternoons - $19.40/hr. + $0.50 Shift Premium

·         Midnights - $19.40/hr. + $1.00 Shift Premium

·         Shift 1 - $19.40/hr.

·         Shift 2 - $19.40/hr. + $1.00 Shift Premium

·         Shift 3 - $19.40/hr. + $2.50 Shift Premium

·         Shift 4 - $19.40/hr. + $4.00 Shift Premium

Job Summary:

To safely operate production equipment, jigs and fixtures to produce parts/assemblies.

· Operating machinery, forming and shaping different parts

· Attention to detail for quality control and quality assurance

· Keeping up with relevant paperwork

· Keeping a tidy work environment

· Loading and unloading products into and out of machinery

· Manual movement of products

· Ability to lift 50lbs when required

· Fast pace environment

Shifts

·  DAYS  | 7am-3pm - Monday to Friday

·  AFTS     | 3pm-11pm - Monday to Friday

·  MIDS    | 11pm – 7am - Sunday to Thursday

·  SHIFT 1 | 7am – 7pm - Monday to Wednesday | 7am – 1pm - Thursday

·  SHIFT 2 | 7pm – 7am - Monday to Wednesday | 7pm – 1am -Thursday

·  SHIFT 3 | 1pm – 7pm - Thursday| 7am – 7pm - Friday to Sunday

·  SHIFT 4 | 1am – 7am - Friday | 7pm – 7am - Friday to Sunday

This position is offered through 3PL Inc. , a licensed Temporary Help Agency. Successful candidates will be employed by 3PL Inc. and assigned to client worksites. This posting represents an existing vacancy and does not require Canadian experience. Equivalent experience gained in other jurisdictions is welcome. This position offers full time hours on a temporary / assignment basis. This assignment is based on client operational requirements and may be extended, shortened, or concluded at any time. 3PL Inc. may use automated or artificial intelligence–based tools to assist with candidate screening or assessment during the recruitment process.
