Executive Assistant, Governance & Board Relations

Full-time

Construction Association of Saskatchewan


CASK is seeking an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to support the President & CEO and provide governance coordination for the Board of Directors and Regional Advisory Councils.

This role manages calendars, meetings, travel, communications, executive briefings, board packages, minutes, action items, records, and special projects. The successful candidate will be trusted with confidential information, support stakeholder relations, and help improve administrative processes across the organization.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting executives, boards, committees, governance processes, or preparing agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, or briefing materials is considered an asset. Postsecondary education in business, public administration, communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Strong Microsoft Office365 skills are required.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, gain exposure to governance and Saskatchewans construction industry, and contribute to a member-driven non-profit organization.
