Our client, a company is located in Mississauga, is looking for a Collection Specialist to join their team. As a leader in their field, this role offers a collaborative work environment and very competitive salary.
The successful Collection Specialist's duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails
- Enforce credit and payment terms
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Prepare and provide regular status updates
- At least 2 years of collections experience
- Well spoken and ambitious with a diplomatic and professional disposition
