Bilingual Service Delivery Manager in Montreal

Elevate IT service quality as a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager in Montreal. This hybrid role requires strong Azure expertise and excellent communication skills in English and French. This 12-month contract position calls for a Service Delivery Manager with over eight years of IT experience and at least four in a managerial role. You'll leverage your background in Azure Cloud Infrastructure along with expertise in handling onsite-offshore delivery models. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French will be essential for successful customer relationships and team management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service delivery operations effectively across teams
- Oversee Azure Cloud Infrastructure and governance frameworks
- Utilize ITIL processes for incident and change management
- Handle customer relationship management and service escalations
- Monitor cloud performance, automation, and cost optimization
- 8+ years of IT experience, 4+ years in Service Delivery
- Proficient in Azure Cloud Infrastructure operations
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
- Preferred certifications in ITIL and Azure
