Senior Manager Partnerships Strategy

Own Novisto’s partner-led growth through channel strategy, consulting alliances, and revenue forecasting across priority markets and regions. Shape commercial partnerships end to end.
As Senior Manager, you will lead channel and consulting partner programs within Partnerships & Strategy. You will manage resellers, referral partners, advisory firms, consultancies, and systems integrators. Your work will connect partner relationships, pipeline, revenue, enablement, and collaboration with go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets
- Grow existing partners through account plans and pipeline reviews
- Identify, qualify, and sign new commercial and consulting partners
- Shape referral, co-selling, and joint delivery models
- Design tiers, incentives, agreements, and commercial terms
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in partnerships, alliances, or channel development
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company owning partner revenue
- Relationships with consulting firms, systems integrators, or resellers
- Commercial intuition and partnership negotiation comfort
- Strong process design and standards development habits
