Senior Director, Operational Strategy - Oncology

Ergomed

Senior Director of Operational Strategy for Oncology at a clinical research organization. Develops competitive strategies for oncology opportunities, leads bid defense preparations, and manages client relationships while collaborating across global functions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and develop competitive strategies for oncology awards leveraging operational capabilities
Serve as lead oncology strategist for assigned opportunities and support other strategists
Co-lead bid defense preparations with Business Development for identified opportunities
Build and strengthen relationships with clients' key decision makers
Participate in conferences, marketing activities, and generate marketing content such as webinars

Requirements

Degree in life science or related field; advanced degree preferred
Extensive clinical research experience in a CRO with strong oncology background
Senior-level project oversight and delivery experience
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Previous oncology strategy position preferred
