Manager, Change Acceleration at DUCA
DUCA Financial Services Credit Union
Lead organizational change initiatives with DUCA as the Manager of Change Acceleration. This full-time role focuses on strategic communication and embedding change across the People & Culture portfolio. In this pivotal role, reporting to the VP, Change Acceleration & Learning, you will leverage structured change management strategies. Your insights will help shape effective communications that accelerate the implementation of P&C initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to track progress and ensure alignment with key deliverables while promoting a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead change acceleration for P&C initiatives and projects
• Recommend strategic communication plans to enhance initiative impact
• Develop and create necessary documentation for projects
• Collaborate with the Learning team on change materials
• Conduct research to provide insightful analysis for decision-making Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in communications or related field
• 5-7 years experience in strategic initiative acceleration
• 3 years in communications, preferably internal communications
• PMP or Agile Certification is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools Step into a role that drives impactful change management and communication strategies at DUCA.
