Job Title: RFR-OCM-280 - Change Management Specialist

Working Status: Onsite work will be required for meetings and other project work. Some services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hours per day: 7.75

Mandatory Requirements

1. Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

Skills and Experience

1. 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology or process solutions. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, identifying key risks, and development of change management plans.
2. 5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching.
3. 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations.
4. 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in a large, complex environment.
5. 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing or upgrading the EEIS (Enrollment and Episodic Information Sharing) or similar EHR (Electronic Health Record) in a clinical environment.
