Job Responsibility:
Snap Fitness Kildonan is seeking an energetic Member Specialist to join our team. This is a part time position with the potential to be full time. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Member relations.
- Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
- Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
- Partner with our training team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.
- Calling leads to generate members into the gym.
- Cleanliness of equipment and the entirety of the facility.
Qualifications:
- First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
- Desire for longevity
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor!

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- fitness: 1 year (preferred)
