Become a Human Resources Business Partner at All Weather Group, focusing on hands-on HR in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Build strong relationships and execute HR functions effectively. All Weather Group is actively seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to work at its manufacturing facility. This position requires 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, emphasizing strong relationship management and operational support. The chosen candidate will begin with on-site engagement to fully grasp HR needs and will evolve into a hybrid model. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Partner with leadership for HR coaching and support
- Lead workplace investigations and performance evaluations
- Guide leaders on HR policies and legislation
- Streamline HR processes and support organizational change
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years progressive HR experience
- In-depth knowledge of Alberta employment laws
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HRIS required; UKG preferred
