Private Practice Family Physician Opening

Step into a rewarding Family Physician role within a private practice focused on promoting patient wellness and health advocacy. This engagement involves diagnosing health conditions and guiding lifestyle changes for patients. We are looking for an experienced Family Physician with CCFP Certification and provincial licensure. Key responsibilities include examining patients, consulting on health evaluations, and prescribing treatments. You will actively support patients in overcoming health challenges and adopting sustainable habits in a collaborative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect medical information from patients and families
- Examine patients to identify diseases and injuries
- Order diagnostic tests for accurate treatment plans
- Consult with practitioners on patient health evaluations
- Administer medications and provide patient immunizations
- CCFP Certification required
- Provincial or territorial licensure
- 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Willingness to work evenings, mornings, and weekends
- Strong patient advocacy and counseling skills
