Senior Manager, Human Resources Toronto

Elevate strategic HR leadership with a Senior Manager role encompassing hybrid work in Toronto. This 15-month contract focuses on offering HR expertise across numerous initiatives like recruitment and employee engagement. You’ll partner closely with management, navigate legislative environments, and ensure HR strategies align with business goals to enhance overall effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR consulting and solutions to support business goals
- Lead recruitment, retention, and performance management initiatives
- Advise executives on HR policies and compliance
- Analyze employee data for actionable insights
- Facilitate quarterly risk management reviews with legal
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience
- 3 years in management roles with strategic HR focus
- Knowledge of Quebec labour laws and OQLF francization
- Professional HR designation is an asset
