Expert Senior Account Manager Opportunity

Step into a rewarding Senior Account Manager position at CMB, specializing in account renewal and customer service success. Lead a dedicated team while enhancing client relationships. In this position, leverage your experience to guide the renewal process and maintain high compliance standards. Your role includes mentoring Client Service Representatives to ensure stellar service and effective solutions for existing and new clients. Build strong ties within the commercial insurance space for mutual growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the renewal and servicing of client accounts
- Foster relationships with clients and underwriters
- Ensure adherence to operational rules and procedures
- Collect premiums while managing client inquiries
- Mentor team members to enhance performance
- Level 2 Insurance Agent License required
- 4-7 years experience in commercial insurance
- 3-4 years in a customer service setting
- Capable of using Agency Manager and MS Office tools
- Pursuing C.I.P. or CAIB designation
