Senior Quality Manager in Alberta

Lead quality initiatives with Worley as a Senior Quality Manager based in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. Drive compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across project delivery. Worley is seeking a Senior Manager for Quality Assurance and Quality Control. The ideal candidate will excel in quality management and have a strong background in EPCM project delivery. Responsibilities include building relationships with project and client teams, managing compliance, and overseeing quality metrics to ensure high standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Quality focal across project EPC/EPCM delivery
- Plan and execute quality assessments, surveillances, and audits
- Facilitate risk workshops and communicate quality information
- Develop and maintain project quality documentation
- Lead investigations into quality events and corrective actions
- Extensive experience in quality and project delivery
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes
- Experience in EPCM projects during execution
- Proven ability to build and manage teams
- Relevant certifications or professional designations preferred
