Alberta Fixed Operations Director Role

- Coach Service and Parts Managers to enhance performance
- Prioritize staff and customer retention strategies
- Analyze and interpret performance data for insights
- Develop and oversee annual budgets across locations
- Monitor key metrics including CSI and labor gross
- Leadership experience in fixed operations, Service Manager or higher
- Hands-on training experience with team members
- Proven skills in staff retention and team culture
- Effective communication across all organizational levels
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
