Fixed Operations Talent Acquisition Specialist

Elevate dealership recruitment efforts with AutoCanada as a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on Fixed Operations. This role aims to build effective teams in Western Canada’s competitive market. As a 12-month contract recruiter, you will partner with the VP of Fixed Operations to drive talent acquisition for various roles. Your knowledge of dealership operations and strong relationship-building skills will help you to identify top candidates quickly and efficiently. Your contributions will be vital for operational success across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for Fixed Operations roles in Western Canada
- Engage with dealership leaders to understand hiring challenges
- Create proactive talent pipelines for high-demand positions
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and urgency in recruitment
- Recruitment experience in automotive or dealership environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with operational leaders
- Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
