As a Talent Programs Partner on the People & Culture team, you will implement and manage talent programs at Capital Power. With 4-7 years of relevant experience, your role involves not only facilitating workshops but also managing learning platforms to ensure a comprehensive employee experience. You'll drive multiple talent initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute talent development initiatives annually
- Facilitate workshops and sessions for leaders and teams
- Support core talent processes and employee onboarding
- Manage and track employee experience platforms
- Partner with vendors for effective program delivery
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or similar
- 4-7 years in talent or leadership development
- Experience delivering corporate talent programs
- Strong facilitation and communication abilities
- Systems-oriented with organizational excellence
