Become a pivotal part of Capital Power as a Talent Programs Partner. This role focuses on program execution and employee experience enhancement in a hybrid workspace. As a Talent Programs Partner on the People & Culture team, you will implement and manage talent programs at Capital Power. With 4-7 years of relevant experience, your role involves not only facilitating workshops but also managing learning platforms to ensure a comprehensive employee experience. You'll drive multiple talent initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute talent development initiatives annually
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions for leaders and teams
  • Support core talent processes and employee onboarding
  • Manage and track employee experience platforms
  • Partner with vendors for effective program delivery
Requirements:
  • Education in Human Resources, Business, or similar
  • 4-7 years in talent or leadership development
  • Experience delivering corporate talent programs
  • Strong facilitation and communication abilities
  • Systems-oriented with organizational excellence
