Rejoignez Mecademic en tant que Coordinateur d'Événements et de Communauté à Montréal. Ce poste hybride nécessite une forte capacité organisationnelle pour planifier et exécuter des événements stratégiques. Avec au moins cinq ans d'expérience, vous serez responsable de la coordination d'événements tels que des salons professionnels et des lancements de produits. Vous assurerez un soutien précieux au réseau de partenaires en fournissant le matériel de marketing nécessaire. Le candidat idéal doit posséder un sens aiguisé du détail et une capacité d'adaptation face à des environnements dynamiques. Principales responsabilités :
• Gérer l'ensemble du processus événementiel, du concept à l'analyse finale
• Superviser les aspects logistiques, y compris le choix des lieux et la gestion des fournisseurs
• Assurer une expérience optimale pour les participants sur site
• Contrôler les budgets et respecter les délais de livraison Exigences :
• Minimum cinq ans d'expérience en coordination d'événements
• Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais
• Solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion de projets
• Familiarité avec les outils de gestion d'événements comme Asana et Jira
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs missions simultanément Mettez à profit votre expertise en coordination pour soutenir la croissance de Mecademic.
