The Indigenous Transition Year Program Coordinator position is pivotal in supporting Indigenous students' journey into undergraduate education. You will manage program delivery, evaluate its effectiveness, and collaborate with First Nation communities and organizations. Your proactive outreach will support recruitment efforts and program awareness. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program management and evaluation processes
• Coordinate with First Nation communities and organizations
• Manage admissions screening and selection processes
• Conduct promotional activities to raise program awareness
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned Requirements:
• Master’s degree preferred; undergraduate degree required
• Two years’ experience in Indigenous education
• Understanding of public education systems
• Excellent research and communication abilities
