Healthcare Project Management Leader - Bilingual

As a Senior Project Manager, you will independently drive EMR and pharmacy system projects while managing multiple teams and ensuring the achievement of project goals. Your leadership will play a critical role in fostering collaboration, mentoring team members, and delivering successful outcomes in a complex healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage healthcare system implementation projects
• Present insights and updates to executive stakeholders
• Facilitate and mentor cross-functional project teams
• Promote best practices in project management
• Create compelling communications tailored for various stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• 5+ years in project management, preferably in healthcare
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations and systems
