You'll bring 6-8 years of compensation experience, providing analytical expertise and managing projects that enhance Sun Life's Total Rewards programs. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure competitive compensation practices and drive impactful solutions for client groups. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with HR Business Partners for program support
- Analyze market competitiveness for compensation enhancements
- Manage compensation-related projects, implementing effective solutions
- Lead sales incentive plan governance for client groups
- Provide guidance on complex compensation issues to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- 6-8 years of compensation expertise and strong program knowledge
- Experience in sales incentive design and financial modeling
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills
- Strong consultation and relationship management capabilities
