Agile Delivery Manager at Sun Life

Elevate technology solutions as an Agile Delivery Manager with Sun Life, where you'll drive strategic initiatives in digital wealth and retirement services. Your role will support impactful project management while ensuring client needs come first. As part of the Digital Wealth & Insurance Technology Solutions team, you will manage the GRS portfolio and support Agile solution development. This managerial role encompasses budgetary responsibilities, vendor relationships, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll contribute to optimizing service delivery and leveraging emerging IT capabilities to enhance client experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate budgetary and financial processes for the GRS portfolio
- Support quarterly planning and objectives tracking
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and solutions selection
- Drive prioritization and business investment decisions
- Ensure delivery of IT services meet client needs and standards
- Proven experience in budget and financial management
- Strong business acumen and change leadership skills
