Senior Knowledge Mobilization Manager

Lead innovative knowledge mobilization efforts at the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging as a Senior Manager. This role focuses on enhancing research impacts and community engagement for older adults. In this indefinite-term contract position, you will proactively drive KMb initiatives from inception to implementation, leveraging insights from research collaborations. You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring the delivery of high-quality resources tailored to diverse audiences. Engage effectively with team members and partners to create a shared understanding and foster improvements in care practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead development of tailored KMb strategies
• Cultivate relationships with external collaborators
• Track project milestones and report outcomes
• Convert research findings into accessible formats
• Evaluate the success of KMb initiatives post-implementation

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing KMb programs
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience in interprofessional collaboration
• Relevant educational background in applicable fields
• Proficiency with digital communication tools
