Building Enclosure Consultant - Entry Level

Elevate your engineering path with RDH as a Building Enclosure Consultant at the entry level. In this full-time, hybrid role, you’ll gain hands-on experience while supporting project managers in building science. In this role, you will focus on building enclosure assessments, both for existing structures and new developments. You will collaborate with senior engineers, utilize advanced modeling techniques, and participate in field reviews to ensure project compliance. Your contributions will help enhance the durability and performance of building enclosures. Key Responsibilities:
- Design reviews for new construction and rehabilitation projects
- Conduct thermal/hygrothermal performance assessments
- Attend and report on site meetings regularly
- Evaluate mock-ups and submit design suggestions
- Document findings and provide detailed reports
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or architectural engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative in managing projects and time
- Understanding of building technology
- Construction project experience is advantageous
