Business Analyst

We are seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise application that enables project financial management, planning, resource management, and project tracking across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
• Manage and prioritize enhancement requests and backlog items
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver application improvements
• Support roadmap planning and continuous enhancement initiatives
• Conduct impact analysis and recommend solutions to meet business needs

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills
• Experience creating BRDs and functional documentation
• Proven stakeholder management experience across multiple business groups
• Understanding of project financial management and planning processes
• Experience supporting enterprise applications with a large user base
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting internally developed business applications
• Backlog management and enhancement prioritization experience
• Experience with project planning, resource management, or financial tracking systems
• Financial services industry experience
