Senior Director of Contract Lifecycle Management

- Lead vision and delivery of CLM initiatives
- Manage enterprise-wide CLM processes and standards
- Coordinate with Legal, IT, and other departments
- Optimize contract repository governance and compliance
- Drive AI adoption for workflow automation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
- 10+ years of professional contract management experience
- Proven leadership in CLM program or related deployments
- Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
