Director of Multi-Residential Management

Lead high-quality property management with Morguard as the Director of Multi-Residential Management. Drive operational excellence across the residential portfolio and ensure budget adherence while cultivating team success. As the Director of Multi-Residential Management, you will oversee operational strategies and provide guidance to teams, enhancing tenant retention and reducing turnover rates. Your leadership will extend to mentoring Regional and District Managers while ensuring properties comply with operational budgets and standards. This role is vital for maintaining Morguard's commitment to quality service and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor operations through inspections, site visits, and audits
- Prepare annual property budgets and monitor financial performance
- Ensure consistency in marketing efforts across residential assets
- Mentor and develop Regional and District Managers
- Collaborate with Asset Management for long-term strategy
- 10+ years in multi-site property management leadership
- Relevant post-secondary education in business or management
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
- Proficiency in Yardi 7S and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
