Lead the distribution excellence at Uline as a Senior Director in Milton, Ontario. Oversee a vast warehouse operation while empowering a team of over 300 members. As the Senior Director, your role in managing a 1 million square-foot distribution center will drive operational success and enhance team performance. You will uphold safety and accuracy standards, foster a culture of customer service, and lead daily warehouse operations with expertise in leadership and communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations of the warehouse facility
- Train and motivate a large team for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Monitor performance metrics to enhance efficiency
- Resolve issues proactively with solid problem-solving
- High school diploma, Bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum 10 years managing large distribution centers
