Distribution Center Operations Supervisor (Future Opportunities)

As a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing Associates, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods—while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and service.

Distribution Centre Locations

Opportunities may become available at any of the following locations:

• Torbram Distribution Center (TDC)
  8875 Torbram Drive, Brampton, ON L6T 3V9
• American Drive Distribution Center (ADC)
  3185 American Drive, Mississauga, ON L4V 1B8
• West Drive Distribution Center (WDC)
  55 West Drive, Brampton, ON L6T 4A1

Shift Opportunities

We hire for the following shifts:

• Shift A: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Shift B: Friday to Sunday, 6:15 AM – 6:45 PM
• Shift C: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Employment Type

Opportunities may be offered as either:

• 12- Month Contract , or
• Permanent Full Time

depending on business needs and availability at the time of hire.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations within assigned production areas to meet performance targets
• Inspire teams through coaching, mentorship, and engagement
• Maintain high standards for health & safety, quality, and service excellence
• Plan and adapt to seasonal volume fluctuations and operational demands
• Collaborate across teams and shifts to ensure alignment and execution
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain efficient workflow
• Support performance management and positive employee relations

What You Bring

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in planning, prioritization, and performance management
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience

Salary Range: $ 76,620.00-$107,268.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
