As a Wellness WHS Specialist, you will join the dedicated Amazon Workplace Health & Safety team. This role emphasizes proactive safety measures and community wellness through advanced ergonomic assessments and training programs. You'll engage directly with associates, focusing on enhancing their physical movement techniques to prevent injuries before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive injury prevention through advanced data analysis
• Implement ergonomic interventions based on injury trends
• Lead comprehensive workplace evaluations to eliminate hazards
• Develop wellness education and ergonomic training programs
• Build partnerships with operations for integrated safety strategies
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in workplace health and safety
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Word in a professional setting • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred Shape a safer workplace at Amazon by using your skills in health and safety and creating innovative wellness programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
