Night Shift Filling Specialist

This position involves multiple night shifts, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. As a Filling Specialist, you will be responsible for line changeovers and the setup and maintenance of filling machines. Key duties include ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and conducting filling in-process quality checks to uphold production integrity. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute line changeovers and machine sanitization
• Set up and disassemble filling machines as needed
• Model aseptic practices and ensure proper hygiene
• Perform filling quality checks during production
• Train new operators on machine operations

• High school diploma required
• Gown certified with strong gowning techniques
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work extra hours
• Experience in training others preferred
