Senior LAT Dispute Management Specialist

Become a Senior LAT Dispute Management Specialist at Gore Mutual and lead complex Accident Benefits disputes at Ontario’s Licence Appeal Tribunal. Utilize your extensive experience to promote effective resolutions. In this role, you'll take charge of representing Gore Mutual at tribunal hearings, ensuring compliance with FSRA requirements. Your proficiency in litigation management and advanced dispute resolutions will play a critical role in supporting claims practitioners. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for filing practices and enhance mentorship among Adjusters. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review disputes for tribunal representation
- Negotiate fair resolutions for disputed benefits
- Guide claims handling aligned with regulatory standards
- Assist Adjusters through coaching and strategy refinement
- Participate actively in LAT discussions and conferences
- Post-secondary education and CIP designation preferred
- 10+ years of claims experience, including LAT handling
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to assess risks in high-volume disputes
- Expertise in Ontario insurance and SABS requirements
