SAP BPC Support Lead at Madiba

Drive excellence in financial planning with Madiba as the SAP BPC Support Lead in Canada. Lead production support, manage offshore teams, and ensure operational stability. This full-time role demands an experienced SAP BPC Support Lead to oversee a live financial planning system. You will be responsible for managing the Cherwell support queue, triaging incidents, and delivering status reports to stakeholders. Strong technical skills in SAP BW and BPC Standard will be critical in achieving success. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the Cherwell support queue
- Manage offshore support team and tasks
- Deliver status reports to management and stakeholders
- Lead root cause analysis for production incidents
- Coordinate change delivery across environments
- Proven experience with BPC Standard support
- Strong knowledge in SAP BW, ADSOs, and InfoObjects
- EPM Excel Add-in and reporting skills
- Experience managing offshore teams
- Familiarity with BW operational tools
