Digital Sales Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Sales Representative based in Canada. This role is focused on accelerating pipeline and revenue growth within a modern SaaS sales environment. You will engage prospective customers, develop strong relationships, and create new business opportunities through digital sales strategies. Working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Channel Partners, you will contribute to acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. The position combines prospecting, discovery, opportunity development, and transactional deal execution with a strong focus on measurable sales performance. You will use modern sales technologies and data-driven insights to identify prospects, understand business needs, and create relevant engagement strategies. Success requires strong communication, organization, persistence, and the ability to work effectively across a collaborative sales organization. Accountabilities: - Drive pipeline and revenue growth by proactively engaging prospective customers, identifying qualified opportunities, and progressing prospects through the digital sales cycle. - Leverage SaaS and enterprise software sales methodologies to conduct effective outbound and inbound prospecting, uncover customer needs, and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. - Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing teams, Channel Partners, and sales leadership to coordinate account strategies and support new customer acquisition and account expansion.

- Use digital sales and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to research organizations, identify relevant personas, uncover business priorities, and create targeted engagement sequences. - Manage inbound and outbound leads within defined service-level expectations, ensuring timely follow-up and effective progression of qualified prospects into opportunities within Salesforce. - Conduct discovery activities and develop the ability to confidently communicate the value proposition, tailoring conversations to customer needs and business priorities. - Maintain accurate pipeline, funnel, and activity information within relevant sales systems and consistently deliver against established KPIs and performance targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, using persuasive communication and consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities. - Progress toward independently closing transactional deals and managing upsell opportunities, while collaborating with Account Executives as required during the development and closing process. - Continuously improve sales effectiveness by reviewing performance metrics, refining prospecting strategies, developing account plans, and applying feedback from managers and peers. Requirements: - Bring 1–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in an ISR, SDR, BDR, or comparable inside/digital sales role within the enterprise software industry. - Have current experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in an inside sales representative or similar position focused on pipeline generation and opportunity development. - Demonstrate a proven ability to successfully close transactional deals or manage upsell opportunities; demonstrated closing experience is preferred. - Possess strong knowledge of modern digital sales methodologies, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, account research, sequencing, discovery, and opportunity qualification.
